Cancellations I completely understand that things out of your control will come up. I understand that sometimes those things will take priority over your hair appointment. If such an occasion does indeed come up, I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice so that I have the opportunity to fill your spot. If notice is given within that 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card you have on file. No Show I take care to send out reminders for your appointment before the day of. I will honor a 15 minute grace period because unexpected things may come up on your ride to the salon. If you do not contact me to cancel, or do not show up to your appointment, a No Show Fee of 100% of the booked services will be charged to the account on file. Children and pets This appointment is about you and taking care of yourself. Children and pets will distract you as well as myself giving you a sub-par experience. I kindly ask that you find care for your children and pets prior to your appointment.
